Here's how we process payments:
Online Order with Credit Card Payment -- This is the fastest method. We generally process your online credit card payment within one business day of the time you place the order, and immediately approve your order for shipment.
Once approved for shipment, individual CD orders to addresses in the United States are sent via First Class Mail generally within one business day. The United States Postal Service states that First Class Mail usually takes between two and three days for delivery, but they make no guarantee. It is possible that you may experience slightly longer delivery times for First Class Mail.
Is Rush Delivery available?
Yes, we can make arrangements to ship your order via Federal Express when you pay by credit card. Please call our office in Seattle, WA at 206-527-3168 to make verbal arrangements for rush delivery and additional charges. Please leave a message with your phone number is we happen to be unavailable. We will be glad to provide you with a FedEx tracking number to help you monitor the progress of your shipment. We are also able to ship your order via FedEx and charge to it a valid FedEx account number you may have.
Do you ship CD orders outside the United States?
Yes, we provide shipment to virtually every country in the world via air mail. Shipping costs for individual CD orders are: $4.00 to United States $5.00 to Canada $10.00 to all other countries
Will giving you my e-mail address result in unsolicited commercial e-mail (UCE), also known as SPAM?
Absolutely not. We value your privacy and we promise to never divulge your contact information -- including your e-mail address -- to any third party for any purpose (unless required to do so by a court order).
